Samantha Ria is a graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London, and has built an impressive career in the fashion industry and beyond. Her journey began at BHS, where she worked as a Buying Associate. Here, she learned the importance of determination and perseverance, which laid the foundation for her future successes.

After her time in buying, Samantha moved to a men's luxury fashion agency as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, she excelled at creating and nurturing social networks for the brands she managed, helping them flourish in the market.

​

Her passion for fashion deepened, and Samantha transitioned into a Freelance Fashion Stylist. She began working with brands and individuals, bringing her creative visions to life while also coordinating flat-shot photography for e-commerce websites. Her client roster includes well-known names like BoohooMAN, Religion, Impulse, Rakuten Fits Me, and Sky TV.

Samantha also broadened her expertise by taking on the role of Global Events and Travel Manager at OC&C Strategy. In this role, she managed a wide range of events, from team-building trips and gala dinners to learning events that involved global travel. Event sizes ranged from intimate groups of 25 to large-scale gatherings of up to 800 delegates, showcasing her ability to manage diverse and complex logistics while creating memorable experiences on a global scale.

In addition to her event management role, Samantha leads OC&C's business travel contract. She negotiates the best rates and ensures the company has the most effective and efficient global travel program, optimizing the travel experience for employees across the globe.

Samantha’s expertise in styling, global event management, and business travel has made her a versatile professional. She currently serves as the Head of Events at PAUSE, where she oversees a wide range of impactful experiences, including standalone exhibitions, fashion week parties, and high-profile brand partnerships and collaborations, solidifying her role as a key figure in shaping the future of fashion events.
