The prestigious London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT) is this summer planning a series of short beauty courses to take place at Fit to Dance studios in Henwood, Ashford.

LCBT will be running a 5 day course in Make-up and a 3 day course in Nail Art in partnership with the Kent dance school Fit to Dance to encourage young people from the local area to try a new skill for free.

Marie Stacey founder of Fit to Dance said of the partnership, “We are thrilled that London College of Beauty Therapy are going to be able to partner with Fit to Dance to help young people in the local area try something new and gain a new skill”

The government funded courses will run throughout August and will be completely free for 16 – 18 year olds.

This is the first partnership of its kind in the Kent area and Eileen Cavalier OBE CEO and founder of LCBT said, “We are excited to be able to expand out to Kent this summer and hope this pilot will be able to be rolled across the rest of the South East in the future”.
